Many personal web sites appear on the internet for a variety of reasons - family history, hobbies, sporting clubs, social clubs, and so on. Designing a web site can be remarkably easy and inexpensive. The Web Design Group will guide members through the processes involved, whether using a dedicated web design program or writing HTML code with a text editor.
The Web Design Group meets twice monthly in the Annexe, from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Cost per meeting is $4.
• A Beginners Class is held on the first Wednesday of each month, catering for beginners to the fascinating world of creating web pages, or for those who are just curious about how it is done or what is involved.
• An Advanced Class is held on the third Wednesday of each month, for those who wish to study more advanced topics of web design.
