Still life has been an important genre since photography's very earliest
days in 1839.
Any object or group of objects can be used as a subject for still life photography, offering photographers creative opportunities to experiment with light, shape, texture, colour and composition. DIG members explored still life photography using pieces of fruit, as shown below. |
